Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept my insurance?
At this time, we DO NOT accept any insurances. We are happy to provide you with any documentation you would like to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement or application to your deductible. However, we believe in prioritizing what’s best for you as a patient rather than being limited by the restrictions placed on your care by insurance plans. Our goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive care, tailored to your individual needs, without being constrained by what an insurance company may dictate. We want to focus on your well-being and ensure you receive the treatment that is right for you. If you have any questions or would like more information about alternative payment options, we’re happy to discuss them with you.
Do you work with Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage Plans?
Our clinic is non-participating (non-par) with Medicare. This means that we can still see patient with TRADITIONAL Medicare plans. We are obligated to charge Medicare rates for spinal manipulation at time of service, we will then submit a claim on your behalf, and Medicare is responsible for reimbursing the patient for the allowed amount.
This is NOT applicable to Medicare Advantage plans or any Medicare plans offered by other insurance carriers.
